Upon arriving in Budapest, I learned that Buda and Pest used to be seperate towns divided by the Danube. I'd rather be the Buda and not the Pest.
We walked along the Danube River last night until we were too tired to keep going. Sleeping on the train did got go well since we had 5 passport checks and 3 ticket checks. I'll update later when I've actually seen the city.

Buda and/or Pest - interesting - keep me informed. Glad you arrived ok.
The train trip sounded like a real treat - hey you wanted your passport stamped.
Write to us soon - waiting for details.

Instead of a bill a check arrived for you today...don't get your credit card out,it was only $7! I'll deposit it next week.
Update on life at 2636----The ground hog, I've named him or her, Burlington Bill, remains elusive. However, Racoon Relocation Project has now taken in the third tenant which means another road trip. This dentainee will be transported in your trunk as my mobile is in need of a new wheel bearing. It has been making a horrible whirring noise which I was told was my tires. I was trying to ignore the noise by turning up the radio louder and louder. That was beginning to drive me crazy so decided I had to get new tires. Come to find out it's not the tires but the wheel bearing. Toby told me not to drive my mobile as the wheel could stop spinning and if you're traveling down the highway at a high rate of speed (which I have a tendency to do) having the wheel stop spinning is not a good thing. As I was trying to figure out how I was going to survive with a car this weekend it occurred to me that I have a spare car in the garage. I'll be driving yours for a few days. In return I will give it a much needed bath. Driving your car reminds me of sitting in a beach chair, come to think of it I believe there is a small beach in it! Maybe I'll even clean the inside.
Otherwise all is well, except Tubby has a couple bald spots on her ears. Not sure what that is all about.
Take care, love ya!
